Has anyone use COPs from Global Automotive? Says they have a lifetime warranty, and a set of 8 for under $100, if you think about it, I could replace these 6 times and not spend as much on Motorcraft. I'm weary though, because I've never bought anything but Motorcraft for my truck, but I need to make my truck last just a few more years, for the least amount of money haha.
Heard about them from one guy on here, said in his post he has used them and likes them alot. Just wanna get more thoughts on them. If they are decent, then I would rather get these than spend $800 at the ford house.
I've been using them for around a year or more now with no trouble. My thoughts were the same as yours I can replace all of them many times over for the price of OEM's.
sometimes you can just replace the boot and the spring/resistor on the lower end of the COP. I had two COP's go out and replaced with BWD brand for the local parts store. Lifetime warranty, I think they were $30 each, I replaced the rest of the boots as well.
I'm using them and love them with at least 10K on them. They are nearly identical to the OEMs and come with everything you need, IE COPs, springs, and boots.
I have Accels and they have been good for me....if I was to do it over again i would have went with the Global's. I have heard nothing but good things about them....wish i knew about them earlier.
BTW....get the V10 package and you have 2 spares just in case.
