Doing good, tired though. Kind of funny, I have to take a pain pill in order to sleep, otherwise I wake up at about 2:30am in Pain.
Well, now I dont wake up to pain, My wife has bought me a new puppy, a pure bread german sheppard, he now wakes me every hour. Its worth it, and it shouldnt be for much longer, he will become comfortable with everything here shortly, but until then..

i used green label for the swap meet and the last batch.
i normally use black label, but the only bottle of black label i have left is a 25 year old commemorative decanter, and i don't want to open it.

Green and black label are same now. It was that black was 86 proof and green was 80 proof, sold in state ran stores, now both are 80 proof.
Gentleman jack is regular black label that has been twice mellowed. By mellowing they mean that it has been charcoal filtered twice not once like black or green label.
Single barrel is exactly that, from only one barrel unlike the others where barrels r combined. The tasters test every barrel after aging and mark the perfect tasting barrels with an X, signifing a perfect 10.

Just think of the PMS you could fund if you didn't drink so much.... "only a gallon"??? wow... just... wow. Guess I always got more of a thrill from adrenaline, and remembering the night before. Besides drinking, what else have y'all been up to?
