pull pig tail off s term. check for volts on wire key start and on should have them only with key on start

FRANKLIN yea starter would i was thinking about prev. post terms. burnt maybe solinoid closed im stupid with 2nd sol. on starter what gets that going could it be another wire to it.how did it start the 1st jump?

O.K. someone told me the neutral safety switch could do this bad or out of adjustment.
