Two Solenoids
I have a 1985 E-350 Class-C Motorhome that uses Two Solenoids for Battery Isolation. The Solenoid for the Engine battery is self explainable, but the Solenoid for the Coach Battery has me puzzled. The Second Battery Cables both go to this Solenoid with a Brown wire going across to the first Solenoid I assume to charge the second battery. Is thier a wiring Diagram that could show this layout in detail?

Most likely, the second solenoid is a constant duty relay to provide a charging circuit for the coach battery(s), it should energize and stay on as long as the key is in the on position, when the key is off, it isolates the coach battery from the starting battery.
If you replace it, get a constant duty relay, the two relays may look alike, but are not.

Note that the Coach Battery can not be connected to the Starting motor while starting or you will destroy it, it only has 100 CCA.
