I thought things were slim in the early eighties, but I was better off than I am now.
In many cases I'm actually making less than I did back then.

I am not sure it has been for the better either..
Back then there were places you could get hired into and stay for as long as you wanted.. Not anymore..
I hope things turn around for you Jim..

That is what makes this time hard.. Everyone is hurting and in need of help.. I know many who are worse off than me and I am thankful for what I have, no matter how small..
