All the lights and noises and I cant find the problem. Brakes are fine, all 4 rotors are NEW chinese Motorcraft from the dealer, pads new (full brake job about 2 months ago) Sometimes it will pull to the left on a hard brake, figured the pins are froze up again.
Started with the ABS light coming on while driving. Then it would go off and stay off. Next time the truck was started both lights came on and the dinger kept going of. Now it does it all the time. I pulled in it my shop and let it warm up dry off. Pulled off the front tires, checked to make sure the ABS sensors where still attached the bearing assembly and check the connectors.
i would pull the rotor off on the left side and ispect the rotor and pads. and make sure the inside of the rotor is clean, rust inisde ABS sensor would cause the light to come on. you can use Multemeter to check your sensor resistance, do it on both sides and compare. check for rust inside connectors.
