The stock front leaf spring on my 2002 F250 is 2C3Z 5310 FA and broke. I can get 2C3Z 5310 GA springs here in Oz heaps cheaper than the originals. Can someone please tell me if the GA is a heavier duty spring or not?
Idealy I would like a heavier duty spring than the originals that would provida a bit more travel. Any thoughts out there?

Ford truck parts catalogs after 1981 no longer list spring load rates, so there's no way to know which springs are heavier.

Looking for direction on how to find out about my front suspension system. I have a 57 F100 with a 302 V8, twin I-Beam front clip and a 9" rear end installed. I narrowed the engine year down to 1974 , going of the casting numbers on the block. I was will to assume the the rest of the upgrades were from the same year, but can't seem to find any pictures detailing the 74 I-Beam suspension. Can someone point me in the right direction.
