Is it possible to see a increase in fuel mileage with a 90hp injector or not really cause the added fuel. The fuel system just delievers the diesel so the bigger injector you go, you need a faster fuel system right? How would it help on a stock truck?

Yes it is, but it depends on various other factors as well. I have seen about a 2 mpg improvement but I have done alot of stuff to mine so it is a little hard to narrow it down definatively to any one thing. However, upgrading injectors can have other benefits as well. They tend to be a little stronger then stock. I have driven on 0 fuel pressure for a couple of days and haven't cracked a nozzle, stock wouldn't have been so lucky. Also they tend to hold up better with water and debris being in the fuel line for a short term as well.

Depending on how high up you go determines if you need an a/m fuel system or not. 90hp injectors you shouldn't need an aftermarket pump, what would be the most beneficial would be an ITP Regulated Return Kit which helps keep all injectors supplied with fuel. Dead-heading is common on the 6.0s(starving of the injectors, particularly the last two(7 and 8)). That is going to be the primary concern for your injectors unless your fuel pump is on it's way out then I would just go ahead and get an a/m one if you have the funds available to do so.
Ok. I mean i dont wanna go really big i just want like a 50 to 90 hp injector. If i remember correctly i was told by innovative diesel, thats who custom tuned my sct tuner that they can tune my program for the injectors if i were to do it. So i will have to look into it. But i never new that there was that many benifits besides the added power.
I have a 2003 f350 with the 6.0 and I just got an 06 f350 that has the banks intercooler on it but my customer wants it to be bone stock so does any one know if I can exchange my stock intercooler? other than the upper manifold it looks like it should work
