i was just wondering if all the 6.4s with auto trans have these?? cuz i cant find mine anywhere its a job 1 by the way if that helps..and how often are the trans filters suppose to be changed..internal and external?
humm could someone put a pic up of where its located on there truck? cuz ive searched all over where ppl tell me it is and can not find hide nor hair of the darn thing...
Im with you badford93. I just now crawled under my truck and dont see it. I have 2 lines on the pass side that run to the front of the truck. 1 goes to the cooler and the other goes to the radiator. There is also a line running between the cooler and radiator. I dont see a filter anywhere. The only other thing I see on the whole trans is an electrical connection.
lol ya glad to hear im not the only one that cant find the thing...maybe it was an option or somethin after the early job 1s came out...maybe someone can shine some light on this subject be nice to know...cuz if i had one id change it every oil change
I looked and mine is job 1 built 4/07 and theres none, make me think, back in 2000 on the F150's Ford put the oil filter up behind the front drivers side bumper area on some of the trucks, could this be the case with some having the external tranny filters and some not.
