The truck is 350 hp at the flywheel, not the rear wheels. Its more around 290ish stock to the wheels. The Banks Air Ram will give you minimal gains. I had it on my Dodge CTD (not 40 hp like they advertise) along w/ the Banks Exhuast. That will give very, very minimal gains. It more to reduce EGT temps, but w/ these new emission trucks. It's just for looks to replace the stock dual tips.
If you run that Dr. Performance at the max setting. You will trash your injectors w/ the pressure it produces to make power (sooner rather than later). You will also find out you will need to upgrade the lift pump to keep a constant fuel pressure to the fuel pump to keep it happy and injectors. Also watch your rail pressure w/ the Dr. Performance module (especially if your stacking a couple of 100 hp tuners).
I say your pushing no more than 490 hp/800tq.
Post up the numbers w/ the dyno slip when you dyno your truck.

I agree 100% these items will not give you the hp gains that they claim and by my calculations with the #'s you posted you'd be at maximum 590hp even if by some miracle they did give 100% of what they claim. The fact that your DPF is still on makes these #'s near impossible and you are probably well on your way to blowing it up. I highly doubt anything over 600hp is possible without causing damage and without changing out injectors and the fuel delivery system. But post your dyno results when you get them and feel free to prove us wrong. Where in Canada are you located because I'd be happy to lay down a small wager and put your setup up against mine??
Please post your results. I doubt you are making 650 hp but I have no interest in trying to prove you wrong, Im just curious what the results are. Real world data is the best thing you can do.
What have you noticed regarding frequency of regens? Any difference in mpg?
Someone posted in another forum that Banks (Banks told this member on the phone) claimed that Ford would not void the warranty w/ the new Six Gun/Otto mind coming out for the Ford 6.4 (Banks & Ford worked something out, supposedly).
I called BS on this. Not so much for the poster on that thread, but if Banks is actually telling customers or potential customers that their tuner will not void the warranty.
I had the Six Gun w/PDA on my '05 Dodge CTD. It was on for two weeks and I returned it. It would not stay linked up between the PDA and module. Kept disconnecting w/ the signal. Samething w/ the replacement. I gave up and got something better. I will say the PDA is the slickest guage/monitor out there.
