They were running an internet special and I got it for $1200. It's not super fast nor is it super quiet. It doesn't have a single lever to release both locks nor does it have adjustable pads.
But for $2800, I can wait an extra 10 seconds, turn the radio up a bit, walk the 15 feet round trip and fab new jacking pads and have $2795 left over.
If it was for commercial use, then my attitude would be different. But for home and occasional use, I'm very happy.

When I asked if I could use the 2 post for storage, the answer was yes, for short term. With the lift all the way up, the rams are full of fluid and the seals are prone to begin leaking when extended for long periods of time without exercising them
Is it true? I dunno ... just repeating what I was told.
