I am buying 285/70/17's. Any recommendations. I would like to spend under a thousand but with an aggressive tread.

Mickey Thompson Baja Mtz I got mine with rims and they were 33/12.50/17 for 1580 so you should be able to get them for 900 or so and they are a real nice aggressive tire
