im going to buy some stacks sometime soon.. im either going to get teh straight cut with a rain top, or the mitre cut..
My question is tho.. how big ? im stuck between 5" and 6".. i dont want 5" to be too small.. and i dont know if 6" will to big and stupid.. but if 6" looks just big enough to be awsome, then im all for it..
I like my stacks, some days more than others. Sometimes I wish I just went with a dual exhaust instead but the stacks are cool. For your size help, here's a pic of mine they are 5'' turnouts.
i have 5" bull haulers and i love them. i have once wished i didn't have stacks and that was b/c of all the soot that gets on my bed and stuff, but i'm cool with that since the stack sound so AWESOME!!!! haha. there is a pic of them in my webshots and some vids on my youtube if you wanna hear them..
That what I have on my truck. Check out the rest of my pictures for their various heights
Hey TJ, do you have a picture from the back. Only thing that I'm worried about 6" stacks is that they will look to big as mitre cuts. They look great from all the other angles I just can't see all of the back frm your pictures. Thank you.
Here is a picture from when I First brought the truck home. Stacks were way too tall for my taste but its the only pic I have of the back. I can get another if you want to see them lower.
That was exactly what I was looking for, thanks TJ. How tall would you say your stacks are now, cuz they sell them in two different heights and I want them to be just over the top of the cab like yours are now.
Sweet thats what i was hoping would be ther case, save me a little bit of money. I think that i had a site that had a bunch of like 5'' exhuast pieces and stainless clamps but i cant remember what it was. I think i got it from somebody on here but I cant recall.
i think that the type and size of your stacks all depends on the truck. i love my bull haulers but i like the miters too. i was thinking of buying the miters so i could switch them back and forth with my mood.
Haha I like that idea, but I don't know if my wallet will agree with me. Do you have a picture of your stacks. I don't know f I've seen an OBS with bull haulers before.
