V10 Superchip users needed...HELP!!

V10 Superchip users needed...HELP!!
hey guys..
i just got a flashpaq from superchips. i installed last night and this morning on the way to work had a terrible miss, my gas mileage on the computer dropped over 3mpg and the truck ran terrible. they sent me #1815 and that is the one they list on their website too. i set it to 87 octane and left all the superchip options. could it be a bad programmer? im calling them tomorrow am, but i wanted to see if anyone has an easy fix or idea or similar results. i traded in a max tuner from another vehicle and they gave me a good deal on the new one. thanks in advance for the help.

A little troubleshooting would be a better decision.
You probably have another problem not accossiated witht he tuner. Most likey a COP is grounding out or has failed. Is your CEL on? Did you try going back to stock tune? There are so many variables that could be the culprit.
BTW: I wouldn't trade my Diablo tuner for any SCT.

thanks for the help...i put it back to stock, and it still has the miss. took it to ford today and they couldnt tell me which cylinder it was. im replacing all coils and plugs this weekend. thanks
