Being Scottish/Irish i have always loved the bagpipes. I definately would like for someone to play Amazing Grace on the bagpipes at my funeral when the time comes. When my greatuncle passed away we had a Military funeral. 21 gun,taps and F-16 flyby in formation and after the service was over someone on the other side of the hill started playing Amazing Grace on the bagpipes and noone ever knew who it was, where they came from or who had called them. It was definately an awesome service.
Amazing Grace is the best on set of bagpipes, that is moving. At a fallen officers burial service it was more than moving. Right afterwords Taps was played on a trumpet.
