Spray (liberally) some WD40 in the lock/latch mechanism inside the door itself. Do all the doors. The "door ajar" sensors are in there and they "gum up" over time. Very common and typically that's all it takes. Let us know how that works out for you.

Depending ho 'gummed up' it is, you MAY have to spray it more than once. After it starts working again, respray with a Silicon spray for greater protection. The WD40 will attract more dirt/dust.
