Counting the blinking lights...help deciphering

Ok, so my CEL light keeps coming on while driving, but never at first startup. I'm trying the KOEO self test for the first time. Took many tries and I about wore the buttons off of my stopwatch, but here is what I got: (* equals 1 blink)

* (4sec pause) * (2sec pause) * (4sec pause) * (2sec pause) * (8sec pause) * (6sec pause) *** (2sec pause) *** (4sec pause) *** (2sec pause) ***

Looking at this I guess I have a code 33, but what are all the single blinks at the beginning of the test?

Thanks,
Hunter

Go to fordfuelinjection.com and scroll down to the Self Test section. You will get a very good description of what the CEL does under test conditions. For instance it will tell you that the rapid blinks at the start of the test are for the use of certain code readers.
If you read through it you should have no problems.

I would say active Code 11, and past code 33.
