LMAO!! Actually they are hot items down around the Mexican border. The illegals use the superduty's to run drugs and illegal aliens across the border. They beat the crud out of the trucks then leave them in the desert for the Vultures.

My 6.0 runs always never a problem still oem head studs 0-60 time of 6.3 sec it hard to beat that as a daily driver/work truck.

I just started running a SCT tuner, and have been playing around with the different tunes from Spartan. We happen to be running the same strat. I am having issues with the tunes running horribly with my truck. I am curious did you try running the same start tunes prior to changing over to the VXCF tunes? What was the reason?

I only came across the VXCF0 tunes when Cartmanea uploaded them to the web. This was the only strat. that would run in my truck. I don't think I get the full power out of it but I can get great mileage with the hybrid race.

I had custom tunes installed on my excursion and it actually lowered the rev limiter and ran like crap when into the high rpm's because it is hitting the rev limiter. Something was not allowing the truck to program but we tried many different tunes and they all had the same result. I am going to get the truck reflashed and see if that fixes the problem but until then, no luck.

The actual stragety can be pulled using an SCT or you can locate the PCM code sticker and ask a SCT custom tuner what stragety you have. There are a few different ones out there so it depends on your year truck.

Has anyone found/know where to find any SCT tunes that will work with the VXCF7D3 Strategy? I just got my truck back from the dealership and they reflashed the ECM so now none of my tunes are working, and the Spartan Tunes index only goes up to VXCF5xx.

Have you tried any of the archived spartan tunes? Your sure none of them work? I haven't had a reflash in awhile but I can usually find a strategy that works. Load 3 diff strategies of the same tune and try them all, if none work, try the next three, that's what I always get stuck doing.
