Ok.. the other day I cleaned my ebp sensor and the tube.
Per guzzles page, the sensor has a screen about 1/4 inch into the bottom of the sensor, and to not stick anything up in the sensor more than 1/4 of an inch.
Well... When I pulled the sensor, it was clogged with soot and I could see it was all the way up inside the sensor beyond 1/4 of an inch. I went ahead and cleaned the soot out which revealed a white plastic looking flat surface up in the sensor. I cleaned it all out with brake clean and it looked very clean.
Question is ... is this how the sensor is supposed to look and how would I know if the sensor was putting out a bad signal to the computer?
