OK! Since I've been ridding around without a tailgate I've seen some what of a minute difference on gas mileage. So I've decided to go with the vented style tailgate that has the dip for the fifth wheel trailer. There's a 4x4 parts shop very close to my place in Houston that offers the Handy brand tailgate for $345.00, and that's shipping and taxes included. Which seems like the best deal that I've seen so far for that style of tailgate. As some would say I haven't pulled the trigger quite yet, but I'm very close to a final decision. So in this time before I make that final decision I'd like consult this with my fellow FTEer's, and listen to some of your quintessential opinions.
