I need to replace the rear hub bearing on my F250 7.3L 4x4 2002, I have a Dana but I'm not sure which model. I also wanted to know which helm manuel I should use. Thanks for your help
Remove the tire, pull the axle, pull the hub, change the bearing
Welcome to FTE. Most of us prefer the Ford service manual which you can sometimes find on ebay. Another option would be to subscribe to ALLDATADIY which is a sponsor up in the Super Duty section here. I think it's only around $30/ year which seems like a good deal.
Here's the instructions I have for changing the bearings. Will this work for you?

If you have a 2002, and its a single rear wheel (you said its a 250) then you have a sterling 10.5 rear axle. Dana only made the rear axle for the dually and larger trucks in the 99+ units. The most important spec, is the torque for the axle nut. I had to get it from ford. and just still happen to have it right here. Either way, you start with a torque spec of 60 ft/lbs.
New bearings you back off 5 clicks.
Used bearings you back off 7 clicks.
Youll understand the clicks when you get to that step. The clicks must be felt. It can back off slightly and smooth, untill it starts to click.
