glow plug relay

i have read through a few posts about the glow plug relay and everyone seems to recommend the gpr-109 from napa for $30. i checked with napa, both online and in the store, and the only two they carry are gpr-110 and gpr-111. and they are $65 and $95. should it be the 109, 110, or 111? anyone have any luck with bwd, neihoff or duralast?

i held a screwdriver between the big posts on the gpr for about 30 seconds and then tried to start it and it still wouldnt crank. one of the big posts on the gpr has melted through the rubber boot and is a little black. even if the gpr is bad, it should have started after manually activating it with the screwdriver. but the melting of the boot isnt good, and im going to replace the gpr anyways.

TJ, that is a great price for that GPR, Allied wants $51.07 for the same GPR.

Another option is, if you want to spend the bucks is to go with the below link.

Have you ever done business with : onlinecomponants.com ? I get a little goosey when they won't tell you the shipping charges in advance, just that they will be added to the invoice and you agree to pay them.

In the link the tyco EV200 series is the
relay also marketed/sold as a stancor 686 series.
Its the one i spoke of in another post.

Its killer!
