T-Case
I have a 205 transfer case.... This T case came from a 460 with a C6, and while I save to build my 460 i was wondering if I can put it behind my 302 and mazda 5 speed(Have a ZF too so dont worry) so that I can have the right drive shafts made. they use differnt u-joint right? I have a sas hp d44 in truck in sig. I remember reading that any ford t case will bolt to ford trans, this right? I also want to twin stick it before putting it in. Are any transmissions longer that I can get a front driveshaft from so I dont have to have one made for the front because i have 8 inches up there?

You can bolt it up, but you will have to modify the adapter a little.
If you have a ZF trans dont waste you time on the M5 junk. Build it once and build it right. The M5 is just not very strong, nor is it very reliable.

I thought that a transfer behind a automatic, was different than a transfer behind a manual. Am I wrong? Can you take a np205 (married) from behind a automatic(like say a c-6) and bolt it up behind a manual (like a np435) with out any mods?
