Lifter noise?

thats right it is called piston slap. been a while since i heard the term. It was a big deal back in early 2000 but most people forgot about it once they new it wasnt a problem. My buddies 2000 chevy with the 5.3 does the same thing since new. This has been a problem for many manufactures since the tolerance of the engines are tighter than in the past. I also had a 2003 Dodge Intrepid that did it very bad.
