I have been hearing a humming noise that seems to be coming from under the cab. The noise started shortly after I had the clutch replaced this spring and has slowly increased in volume since. (There still is an ongoing argument with the stealership with the clutch not perfomring correctly) I have also replaced the rear wheel bearings and the driver's side ball joint, but as the noise is only during acceleration (not constant), I do not believe either of those to be the culprit. The noise is most noticable while accelerating slowly or while maintaing constant speed (low load). If I accelerate hard or have a load on the truck, the noise is not noticable (maybe drowned out by engine noise?). Could this noise be some type of resonance in the clutch? Any ideas would be greatly helpful. Thanks!
