He also has a leaky EBPV actuater leak not sure if unplugging the wire will stop it or not.The kit from IH I think is about $35
Trying to get it across to him he can rebuild the turbo for about $100 instead of replacing it.He's in Charlston SC don't know the availability of a rebuild there
