Smokes like Crazy

The truck is a 91 f250 7.3na 5speed. When im driving at night it smokes like crazy no matter what speed im going and is worse when accelerating i cant see the moke during the day but im sure it smokes, the smoke is always white never black. The exhaust only smells like diesel, injectors were done about 7500mi ago, no mods to the engine. I know from friends that they can smell raw fuel when driving behind me. Ive been searching the forum for the past week and havent really come up with any answers. Anybody have any ideas to reduce the smoke i dont have a lot of cash to be throwing at the truck right now so any ideas would help.

What you see is the haze of diesel exhaust. Even the new ones will do it slightly. Do you see it in your rear view? if your friends smell raw fuel when driving behind you then i have only one question. When the injectors were replaced, was the IP replaced? If not then was it retimed?

the pump was not changed and i dont belive it was tuned i didnt do the injetors myself a buddy did them, and it is more than just a slight haze ive ridden in other trucks that dont smoke as bad as mine, it will fog a 4 lane road just starting and the rpms never go over 2000

try advancing the ip one or two line widths. know what i mean there? sounds like the timing is retarded.

I second the timing comment. It could also be a weak IP, but the timing sounds far more likely. If you can get your hands on the gear to time the truck correctly it is worth doing. Before springing for an IP I would pay diesel shop to time it.
