How do i select the correct pistons?

Hey, im planning on using the twisted wedge heads on a 351W, but they need special pistons to fit right. How do i select the correct ones for my application? They have 3 pages of pistons to choose from!!! Dish, dome, flat top...AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

heres the link to summits list of trick flow pistons, probably going to go w/ .030 overbore:

Trick Flow Specialties, Pistons & Piston Rings, Engines & Components, Ford small block Windsor, 5.8L/351, FORD - summitracing.com

What are you looking for in compression ratio? Knowing the cam you have, I would go with 9:1 CR. Twisted wedge doesn't have a piston with the correct dish to allow 9:1 CR. The Probe SRS Probe Industries forged piston 12358-030 has a 22 cc dish and will give you 8.98:1 CR with a .040 thick gasket and set at 0 deck clearance. The block will probably need to be decked. The Probe pistons are cut for standard and Twisted Wedge heads.
A 9:1 CR with the cam you have will give you a 7.53 Dynamic compression ratio which should allow you to run regular or medium pump gas.

OK, so i just got off the phone with trick flow. They say that with my cam and their heads, i will not need the aftermarket pistons. Which is a VERY GOOD thing! I would not have had the $$$ to get the pistons for quite a while, putting this build time way into next year probably. I know i would like to do things right n get the correct pistons for these heads, but i just dont have the money. Thanks for your help man, if i ever do decide to upgrade, you will be the first person i talk to!
