I had the same non-starting issue with my 05. Finally would not start at all yesterday. Flat bed tow to Ford dealer. Discovered it needs an IDM, Injector drive module.
I should get truck back tomorrow night. Will post update then.

I noticed that in the manual but the service advisor insisted when I talked to her today it was an IDM. Go figure! I can only hope it runs when I get it back. Still under warranty so I will let them fix for awhile yet.

Any idea the cost of replacing the FICM not on warrenty?

I checked the cost of IDM (not FICM) on Craigs list and some guy had 15 of them for $500.00 each. He says Ford MC charges over $850.00 list each for the IDM.
