Turbo braking
I installed Spartan's AggressiveTow tune in my truck last night (specifically, the VXAP1 AggressiveTow.ll3 file), and immediately noticed a new high pitched turbo whine that occurs when I let off the throttle.
Is this a turbo brake? I've never run a tune with one of these before, and I didn't expect this tune to have one. It doesn't feel like the engine is slowing down while I hear the noise, so I kind of doubt that's what it is, but I'd ask and find out whether this is normal.

I'm just curious about the turbo whine that starts when I let off the throttle.
I can hear a turbo whine from being ON the throttle, then when i let off the throttle another whine starts lower in pitch and rises at the same time the other whine begins to get lower. After a short time, the on-throttle whine is gone and all I hear is the off-throttle whine until ... well, I guess I haven't fully determined that yet either.
