Engine or tranny problem help please

When i start driving the truck in the morning or when it was set for more then 5 to 7 hours the rpms jump you can see and feel it in the truck. When is warms up is fine and then the overdrive light starts to blink some time

if the od light is blinking then that part is a trans concern, can we get more details about the rpm jumping? is this at idel or the rpm increased at speed?

The rpms increase at speed like driving 50 it will jump from 1 1/2 to 2, 2 1/2 rpms

You need to have the codes read. When the OD light flashes a code is stored to tell you what's wrong.
