How far are you from Kwikordead? You need to get the codes pulled since we're just guessing at this point. Could be IPR, ICP, or injector issue, but before you start throwing money at parts, it's best to pull the codes.
Just to be safe though, your truck is full of oil right? Injectors run off of engine oil, so if yours is too low, the truck will not run right.
