I bought the Tuff Country kit from the same folks.They are very good about getting your stuff to you and quick.That was my experience.Good instructions as well.

I too have a Rough Country leveling kit which included new front springs and shocks. I upgraded to gas shocks and replaced all four. On two years and carries a plow in the winter and still going great. For the price don't think you can beat it and they are a sponsor.

Hey here's a good one for ya- I have an early 99, and although there are a lot of parts different from then to the 99.5, because I have a dually, don't I have the same front axle as the 99.5 (Dana 60??)
