Bill my truck idles at 25 psi and about 50 psi cruising. 75 when cold.
No flow numbers sorry. FWIW the Wix oil filter (1734) is rated really high! I want to say 30 gallons per minute but that sounds way too much! I have the email some where from them.
Those are some good #'s Tj with your combo (17*,splits,miles on unit)
Neals # look good also with combo.
Just have thoughts on things with big oil and sticks
that need the oil. Like how bad the hpop taxes the lpop.
Iam still unshure of the effects.
Have concerns with the piston cooling and cam bearings.

If I ever get my homegrown big oil done I can let you know some numbers...... OBA project has my attention now...Then turbo, fuel and oil.
Converting the dash gauge to read pressue isn't particularly difficult. I posted about it here https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/7...for-gauge.html Before I put the sender on the truck, I used my compressor to check the reading of the gauge. It goes off the "normal" range at 100PSI. If falls off the bottom of normal at 20 PSI.
Seems that even high mileage psd's average a higher than
minium required pressure.
Throw big oil into the mix and it seems the #s change.
End result in piston failures, walking cam bearings.
Just thoughts no proof.
