Best shift kit for E4OD?

Looking for input on the best shift kit for my F350 E4OD. I use it to tow my Jeep CJ if that makes a difference.

Also looking at bigger trans coolers than stock. Should I simply get the biggest off the shelf at the store? Is bigger always better on these?

Lastly, I was told by PO that the truck was synthetc front to back, what tranny fluid should I drop in for the E4OD when I seal it back up?

Good place to get a gauge for the tranny? Looked on summit and I must have missed it.

Thanks very much.

I have the B&M kit in both of my GenI Lightnings and am satisfied. The only thing I would say about B&M is use the tow&rv setting unless you have a looser convertor in the trans for strip action.I used the street/strip setup in my 95 and it slams into reverse but will tear the tires off when it shifts.
