Thanks for the offer. I don't think we will need it though. My son Clint will bring up my propane grill Saturday afternoon and it should handle the burgers and dogs. Still need a head count from some folks but a triple pot of chili should get everyone a bowl. Everyone might not have chili so some will be able to have seconds. The my grill will handle 16 burgers and 16 dogs and do them fast. And I'll have a gridle for pancakes thet we can use for a back up. So no one will go hungry.

Now if some folks don't like beef I understand. You are welcome to bring what ya like and join in.

I'm not worried about a little rain. The thunder boomers are a concern. Looks like they moved those from Wednesday/Thursday to Thursday/Friday. 6 to 10 Day Extended Weather Forecast for Randolph -weather.com

Not a problem yet. Looks like clearing on Saturday while we shoot. Then we should be able to wheel a bit that afternoon and then Sunday looks great.

I will not cook till Thursday so if the thunder boomers get moved back to Saturday and Sunday I'll just drive up and camp. I have tarps for some shelter for those hard core folks and we can set around and watch it rain and smoke seegars. Pull out the sippin whiskey after all the chores are done and we are settled in for the night. Maybe listen to some muzak. Or set in the truck and watch vids on the puter. Saturday night we'll just meet up in Manhattan. And just go in to the restaurant in Randolph for breakfast.

Tomorrow is go/no go day when I have to call and order the meat for the chili. Don't want just any old road kill ya know. I know a guy and he'll get me the stuff that ain't too old ur chewed up too bad.

If no one is using it there are two a picnic shelters in the city park in Randolf that are each large enough to hold a pretty large group. That might be an option too.

There is some Colorado dust in the forcast for Saturday. I'm going to order the meat for the chili today and pick it up in the morning and cook tomorrow if the forcast holds. Still up in the air on Saturday night on if we will be able to have a campfire and cook out or go to Manhattan. But I'm betting right now that we can work it in. They are saying AM Colorado Dust on Thursday so if I get ready in time I might just drive up Thursday afternoon. Boomers are said to happen on Friday. But that don't bother me much. Might even work a campfire in on Friday but not counting on it. Breakfast won't have the large number of folks and I kin do that out of the back of Green and folks can set in Green and eat if they like. Sunday looks awsome.

I'll have the basic stuff I have listed. If folks want to bring a favorite dish you are welcome to do so.

Looks like Dennis and Shaila will be joining in, I don't know for how long and what time they will be getting there, but I would say likely same schedule as me. Just not sure, as he just made up his mind that he was coming, details haven't been ironed out yet.

Ok, Shaila is out, sounds like she has something else going on. Dennis is planning on going out Friday night and camping at this point, but weather will determine that.

Looks like rain ending about noon both Thursday and Friday. Saturday could be wet and a chance of boomers. Sunday is looking great. I have Dennis down for Saturday morning and Saturday evening. Will he be staying for Sunday?

Jack, I couldn't tell if that was possum or skunk. Do you have any idea? I hope you let the dogs taste it to find out if it was fit enough for a dog. Cuz then we can eat it too.
