My bobo Jeff, his wife Bev and his son Ian might come up to camp and shoot. If so they will drive up Friday to camp. Shoot Saturday morning then leave for KC. They are fair weather campers though and will not come up if it is raining.
Let me know if I have it wrong.
If the weather is good I'll bring:
Pancake Mix
Syrup
Margarine
Heat & Serve Sausage
Instant Coffee
Hot Coco Mix
Paper Plates, Bowls and Cups
Plastic Knives, Forks & Spoons
Paper Towels
Water & Soap
Chili
Tortias, Shreded cheese, Chopped Onions
Corn Chips
Hamburgers & Buns
Hotdogs & Buns
Mustard & Ketchup
Sliced Cleese
Tater Chips
Cobbler Fixins
Sippin Whiskey
Seeegars
Biscuits & Sausage Gravy
Clint said he could bring up the burn um up fast grill Saturday.
I'll have a little bit of fire wood. Looks like it will be wet this week up there so most of the stuff to gather will be wet. A little more dry fire wood might be needed for Saturday evening.
Drinks and lunch are mostly up to you. I'll have 10 envelopes of Dutch Hot Coco Mix W/Mini Marshmellow and real sugar to get rid of and coffee for breakfast. And sippin whiskey fer at the campfire or afore bed time.
Now if folks want ta bring stuff they sure are welcome to do so. Michelle said somethin bout syrup and that would be great. Mrs. Flip said somethin bout no sugar added cheese cake fer us folks that are too sweet. So you all are welcome to bring stuff ifn' ya want.
If the weather is bad looks like we can eat breakfast in Randolph at the restaurant. It is open for breakfast and lunch. And the Saturday evening meal will be at Sirloin Stockade in Manhattan http://www.stockadecompanies.com/Our...s/default.aspx
I'll most likely have 3=4 revolvers and some ammo and targets. Most likely two .45 Colt single actions and two .38/.357 double actions. Folks are welcome to shoot them if they want.
I will be camped in the north east part of Fancy Creek state park near the pit tolets. I will be in a Green 94 Ford Explorer and have the KS Chapter FTE banner displayed. On the map attached the red dots are the marked route past the shooting range and to camp. The Blue dots are another way but is not maked on the high way for the turn off. Or at least it wasn't when I was last there. The map is post in this thread post #118
I have a good sized propane grill that I could let you fella's use, I just need somebody to pick it up out of Manhattan and bring it out there. I don't think it will fit to well in the Jeep.
10 day forcast is for 80% chance or rain or thunder storms for friday and saturday, with sunday a little less chance. Hope the meteorologist are wrong.
