Why would Dave give the secret to his 1200 hp idi?
Have you ever tried actually tracking down the 1200 hp IDI on the internet? I have and I could only find the same 3 repeating blurbs about it getting banned from tractor pulling, and then becoming a drag truck, then nothing. It just disappeared. And as I've said before I bet it disappeared due to a hit put out on all those involved with it, so Dave (if thats even his real name) fled to WV (and how many times has he said "I bet you can't even make it up my driveway") and booby trapped his property so the hitman can't get him or his 1200 hp monster.

But back to Dave's specs.

Ported and Polished heads
7.3 valvetrain
25 psi wastegated ATS turbo
Free flowing exhaust manifolds dual 3'' exhaust and 5'' stacks
Custom cold air intake
Now don't take my word for bible, but thats what I've gathered about Dave's 6.9
I'm making a HUGE GUESS here but I bet if he Dyno'd it would come back with 400-500 hp and 700-800 ft-lbs of torque.
But back to Dave's specs.
