OBC Connection

The son-in-law picked up an OCD11 code reader and I want to try it on my truck, where is the interface/port connection for this? Any tips/tricks on how to to this code read? There is also no code interpratation for this reader that came with it as I guess there are far too many to include in an instruction book, where can I get this information after I pull any codes if any?

Oh it is a Maxiscan by autel OBD11/EOBD reader model MS409 if this helps?

Well did my code read and it showed no codes or "pending" codes on the system. This read both ways key on engine off, and engine running, I guess this is a good thing!
