it's the week for annoying fill-ups...

i'm still kicking myself for not filling up when it was $1.99...although $58 for both tanks wasn't bad. fuel economy was though- averaged about 13.5 mpg. :8

so then i switched back to the front tank cause i'm ****, and i always run the front first...and the needle goes back to e. wtf, i just put 15 gal in there! i reset the trip meter and drove home...now how did a 6.2 mi trip only register as 5.5 mi? grrr

i took some pictures i'm too lazy to load tonight, but tires just became priority #1. and i swear i have something else leaking now...actually my oil pan bolt looked damp and whatever's immediately behind it. but there's still a lot of diff fluid from the explosion that i'm not real sure how to clean up too

some days i wonder why i love this truck so much!

or the beamer.....

for the oil slick, take it to an automatic carwash and get the premium car wash, it does the undercarriage high pressure wash, takes car of that problem, your oil leak is probably the exhaust back pressure valve

speaking of annoying fill ups, i ran into a pump the other day that decided it didnt want to kick off! i watched it run to 18 gallons, 18.5, 19, and i'm thinking time to call weights and measures, then fuel begins spewing all over the place, and it wouldnt kick off, i got soaked in diesel!

you could bring your truck to a DIY carwash with the powerwashing bays, open the hood and go to town with the powerwasher. it will come out sparkling, just be careful not to put the nozzle directly onto electrical things.
