Knocking sound

It shouldent be that bad,it was removed 3 years ago for the spray in bed liner.Since im in there what else can i do.Should i remove the screen filter on the pick-up if there is one because last year i was pulling a boat and it felt that it was losing power almost full throttle up a 6% grade and was at 30mph so i know there was not enough fuel to the engine.

About the same amount of work.
And that power loss pulling the hill is classic symptoms of a clogged pickup screen.
I'm pretty sure that once you get it cleaned, truck will be fixed.
