Accessory Switch placement

I am installing a new light bar and air compressor and am in need of a place to mount the switches. I will need to mount 8 switches and a 2 inch gauge. with the option for more switches in the future. I have been unable to come up with ideas for the placement. Any Help would be great. here is a picture of what the dash consists of now.

If the Havis unit is too much of what your looking for you could try making a custom piece of aluminum plate (for the switches) where the coin holder is above your CB. I am not sure if the late model upfitters switch "panel" could be modified here as well. The gauge could be mounted on your pillar. They sell gauge pods for these.

The Bullit mustang was a fastback and had no chrome in the center of the grille. Try www. awdirect .com they have tow truck switch panels.

The Mustang is actually mine. It is a 1968 factory drag car with the 289 Hi-Po.

Thanks for the ideas keep them coming!

We have much the same truck, I've considered mounting them in the center console, on the back side of the overhead and even putting switches the garage door compartment in the overhead console.

Do you need to have all the switches in one location? You could put in a set of upfitter switches and also a set like Beerstalker has to the left of the steering column. There are many options for gage pods including A pillar, mirror, column and under dash mounts.
