Back Seat Heat!

I have an 06 crew cab and my kids in the back seat get cold feet when we travel out on the road in the winter. Does anyone know of a kit that will direct heat to the rear seat floor?

there arent any vents on the floor like under the front seats? just a guess because I have an excursion and we have the vents on the ceiling for heat and a/c.

Wonder if the Excursion's floor vents would adapt... They come out under the front seats.

It seems they would, doesn't it. Aren't the two the same from the front seats forward?

We tried the socks but once the temp gets below -20C they are not as efficient! The last 2 trips out the temp was right around -40. I will look into the vents from an Excursion though. Thanks!

I had the same problem a while back with my 2008 and I was informed on this site that there are, in fact, ducts to the back seat. Look under your floor mats and almost under the front seat. I found mine. One on driver's side, and one on passenger side.

I DO NOT know if this is something with the 2008's. I had a 2001 excursion and a 2003 Excursion and they had much bigger ducts.

Please let us know what you find. GOOD LUCK...
