I was out tinkering around my truck trying to figure how to best mount the prodigy. I was really trying to make it fit in the opening where the tow command would have gone. Its a bit tight but I think it can be done. Where have you guys mounted them. Photos would be great if you have them please.
I owuld make sure to be sitting in your truck how you normally sit before you mount it. My dad's ended up getting in the way of his knees and we had to drill 2 new holes for it...
I was tinkering with it again and it fits in the opening to the right of the upfitter swithces perfectly. I would just have to drill out an opening in the back for the plug. It snuggly fits in there perfectly straight. It would seem it was designed to fit in that opening. That can't be a coincedence.

That is exactly where my Prodigy is mounted. When I was getting it installed the guy asked me where I wanted it... I saw that cubby beside the upfitter switches and asked if we could make that work. Thing fits like a glove. I can pull it out if I really need to, but considering 90% of the time I have a trailer of some sort hooked up, I've never worried about it.
Great fit, good location, manual lever is easily at hand and all the wiring is nicely tucked out of sight. Doesn't get much better than that.
