Cold weather grill cover

Just put a cold weather tarp on the front of my truck and wow what a difference, I got heat now!! got it from this place Winter Fronts from Alaska Tent and Tarp
couldn't find anybody local that would make it for a 96 (too old they said)so web search led me to this company, comm's were great, shipped on a friday and I got it on a tuesday!! musta put turbos on them sled dogs!! lol was a piece of cake to install as they send a kit with it to attach the snaps where ever you want!! total cost with shipping was $68.00 very happy!!

I made mine out of a old tonneau cover, its just held on with industrial velcro. It is quite a diff with the cover on for heat isnt it?

Boy, I feel like a redneck.
I painted a large piece of cardboard black and slid it in front of the radiator. Fits perfect.

...And yes, heat!!

Does it have provisions to let the trans cooler get some cold air??

Me Too Jim, I've used cardboard b4....but paint huh? Never thought of that.
Guess I'm the redneck LOL!

wow that thing's huge. Mine just covers the grille, not the the bumper also.... nice tho, no doubt you got heat now.
I have cold fronts on all my diesels, nice ones like that on my trucks and card board on my Jetta.....

Yes it has a zipper so you can control how much air gets thru during warmer temps..
