Horn doesnt work

or any of the buttons on my steering wheel for that fact, but im not worried about the crusie as it catches on fire and im going to the dealer for that prob i just want my horn to work, i know that the horn itself works from the alarm goin off ive got a 94 f150 with a 5.8 anything suggestions would help thanks guys
