I have a 53 f100, it had a Chrysler type front suspension and I will be putting a 302 and auto/overdrive in it.
I would like to build a wooden stake bed for it. Are there any plans or instructions for this?

Northern Classic Trucks used to make reproduction beds for all sizes of Ford truck, that's where the picture came from, but they no longer build the beds. With all of the interest lately for flat bed I would think there is a market for them. They were on the high price side though, an entire bed, with side boards, was in the $2500-4500 range.
