I've been running b100 ( homemade, but good fuel, no shortcuts taken ), and the back tank was gelled up bio, so i only used the front ( #2 ). Dad switched to the back when it wouldnt run right, but the fuel was gelled. Now all fuel is ungelled, and the switch is on the #2 diesel tank.

Have you checked the lines from the tank switch to the motor ?...
Oh alright I know where that is. I've tried uplugging that. I think I'm gonna search for wires that could be shorting out from the engine vibration. The odd thing is it it'll crank fine and start up and sound great, but only for a second or two before it dies. I can keep it alive by putting my foot on the floor, but it never gets above 800 rpm and just sounds awful, like half the cylinders are shut off. So my guess is wiring, but right now I'm open to anything since im callin the tow truck tomorrow...
I am positive there is no gelling. As far as anything else i dont know. I think I'll go check the fuel pressure real quick. Just curious, what is the yellow open/close lever for on the passenger side of the fuel bowl?
Fuel Pressure while cranking got up to 35ish, but the batteries are weak so we have them on the charger right now. Ill check again when the batteries are up, but the pump is only a year old so I'm guessin the fuel pressure is alright.
if you had a scanner that can give live data that would make a world of difference, the only other mechanical thing i can think of is make sure you dont have an intake restriction....ie sucked up air filter. if that is ok then it sounds liek you either have a fuel delivery issue or a high pressure oil delivery issue.
