check engine

need help, PO401 code given trouble replaced about everything in emission system egr valve, DPFE, Regulator checked egr pipes hoses, lines for cloggs what am i missing to this puzzle need help

We need your year and model of Expedition. Use full complete sentences, tell us what you have done, and what symptoms is the truck physically showing besides the code.

Have you checked your PVC hose for cracks and vacuum leaks?
