Well I bought a Livewire tuner off a guy at work today for $400. It is the version with the DPF delete tunes. He has the Spartan tuner now but bought the Livewire when he first got his truck which is a job 1. He said he needed some extra cash and told me $400 and I just could not pass it up. I was going to get the Spartan tuner but for $400 I think the Livewire will serve me well for awhile. Now I am going to save up and buy me a cat/dpf delete pipe to bolt into the stock system. I use my truck on dusty job sites and I want to keep the stock air intake in place because it filters great so I am not really interested in the high HP tunes right now. I just want to get rid of the DPF so it is one less thing to worry about and if I pick up a few mpg's then that would be great. I know Eric is pretty close on custom tunes so I will probably get some of his DPF delete custom tunes. So do you guys think the Livewire will serve me well?
Well, I just responded to this over at TDG before seeing it here So I'll just copy and paste.

If you are looking for a full package, our package sale available on our website would bring the price of our unit down within a comparable level to the cost of the Livewire + mentioned tunes, but no matter which is chosen, not much of a way to lose on that.

Hey Matt , I purchased a X3 from you with your custom tunes for my 6.0 and was very happy with the performance and service I was provided. I just really wanted to get rid of the DPF right now and I could not pass that deal up.
I met the guy I bought the Livewire from last April on a job and he told me he had just purchased a Dash Daq tuner through Tadd at Elite. I was like "hey the Dash Daq is what Spartan's Phalanx tuner is on and it has been out for a while". He said he thought the tunes were actually Matts and that Matt and Tadd had worked some kind of a deal. I remember thinking to my self that there is nothing but good things going to come from Matt and Tadd hooking up on some joint projects. So hey Matt is it true you guys working together on some current and future products for the 6.4? If so I think it is great deal.
